Terms of Responsibility
The products created and produced by the Ali-Pat Publications.com site is provided by its owners, and is soley intended for extra applications towards educational goals for children with Autism and other special needs. It is not intended to replace proper educational instruction between teacher, therapist or parent/caregiver and the student. It is the responsibility of the teachers, therapists and parents who work with children with special needs to use the materials as a fun learning tool to be used as an extension to appropriate educational goals set for each child.

Ali-Pat Publications.com does not assume responsibility for any consequences related to inaccurate use directly or indirectly by the consumer. The use of Ali-Pat Publications.com site, its materials and/or services you agree to Ali-Pat Publications.com, its owners from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation to this agreement.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Ali-Pat Publications.com be liable for any damages incurred from the use of our materials. Nor shall Ali-Pat Publications.com be held liable for any ingredient allergies used in the creation of materials ie paper, toner. It is the responsibility of the consumer to provide for any medical expenses that are incurred.

All designs, graphics, ideas and content (printed or otherwise) are owned by Ali-Pat Publications©. Reproductions of this website and its products by mechanical, digital, electronic or any other means, is prohibited. The only exception is the purchaser of the products who may reproduce the contents found on the purchased CD’s for their personal use in the classroom. Legal action will be taken if materials part or in whole from Ali-Pat Publications© is mass produced on CD’s and/or marketed to be resold in book form or used on another website without prior written permission to do so by Ali-Pat Publications©. Failure to comply with the terms of the Ali-Pat Publications© copyright and trademark® conditions on the website, the violator will be responsible for all legal fees to bring a resolution to the matter and will be fined a minimum of $300.00.

Ali-Pat Publications© has the right to make changes and/or improvements in their terms and conditions. We also reserve the right make changes with the website as well as the products sold and their prices at any time. If changes should occurr, we will post them on our homepage.

DISCLOSURE
Ali-Pat Publications© will not share or sell information gathered from the consumer to any outside source. All information shall be kept in confidence. We cannot however, be subject to privacy practices by sites that are linked to us such as Yahoo and Google.
