LEVEL 1a: Match the uppercase letter the bookworm is holding to an uppercase letter in the book.
b: Match the lowercase letter the book worm is holding to the lowercase letter in the book.

Level 1: Match the magnets to the corresponding letter on the upper or lower portion of the refrigerator.
Level 2: Rearrange the upper and lower portions of the refrigerator with other refrigerators... ie..( Aa/Dd)

LEVEL 1a. Place the word on the letter with the word on the stamp.
b. Place the stamp with the the word on it to the address on the envelope.
LEVEL 2. Match the picture stamp to the word on the envelope.
LEVEL 3. Place the word on the envelope that corresponds to the picture stamp.

LEVEL 2: Match word to picture. Match picture to word.
LEVEL 3: Have the student place both the picture and word cards on the file folder.

LEVEL 1: Sort the letters of the alphabet.
LEVEL 2: Sort pictures that begin with that particular letter into their correct baskets.
Use the letters from the "Letter Basics" game and take pictures from "Refrigerator Magnets" to sort the pictures according to their initial sounds.

LEVEL 1: Match word to word.
LEVEL 2a: Cut the word out as a whole and then match uppercase words to picture
b: Follow step 2a and match lowercase words to picture.
LEVEL 3: Let the student spell the words to match the pictures. Start with uppercase and then move to lowercase letters.
Extra activity: Spell the word for each picture but leave one or two letters off of each word. Let the student fill in the missing spaces.

LEVEL 1: Match the letters to the letters on the black blocks for novice learners.*
LEVEL 2: Leave 1 space open on each block allowing the student to place the letters in alphabetical order.
LEVEL 3: Leave several or all the spaces open allowing the student to fill in the blocks in alphabetical order.
HINT: Always start with the first letter on the lower left side of the block with the second on top and the third on the lower right.
*If colored blocks are an issue for learning, use the empty black blocks to place the letters numerical order.

Cut out game cards and individual game pieces, as marked. Hand out game pieces (letter cards) and a game card to each student.
Call out a letter, and instruct a student to place their game piece on the game card, like a standard "Bingo" style game.
Version 1: Use Letter game cards, and student matches letter game pieces.
Version 2: Use Letter game cards, and student matches picture cards to board.
Version 3: Use Picture game cards, and student matches letter game pieces.
